Can a phone call help tame high blood pressure?

NCT ID NCT07412106

Summary

This study is testing whether regular phone counseling can help adults with high blood pressure better manage their condition. About 320 patients will either receive brief phone check-ins every two weeks for three months or continue with their usual hospital care. Researchers want to see if the phone support improves medication use, healthy habits, and knowledge, and reduces emergency hospital visits.
