First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study checks if a new oxygen monitoring system (Philips FAST SpO2 with Masimo sensors) works well in newborns, infants, and children up to 22 years old. Researchers will compare it to an already approved device to see if it gives accurate readings across different skin colors. About 100 participants will be enrolled, and the main goal is to see if the signal quality is acceptable.
