NCT ID NCT07297173

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-phase study is for people with relapsed or refractory leukemia, meaning their cancer has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The approach combines chemotherapy with an infusion of immune cells from a partially matched donor, given as a bridge to a stem cell transplant. The main goals are to check safety, side effects (like graft-versus-host disease and infections), and how well it works. Only 5 participants will be enrolled in this first step.
