Extra phone support could help heart patients hit cholesterol goals

Summary

This study aims to see if extra follow-up calls from pharmacy students help people with heart disease better manage their cholesterol. About 1,000 adults with heart disease and high cholesterol will receive these support calls to review medications and labs. The goal is to see if this extra support leads to more people reaching their target cholesterol levels after six months.
