Extra pharmacy calls aim to sharply lower heart Patients' bad cholesterol
NCT ID NCT07464574
Summary
This study aims to see if extra follow-up calls from pharmacy students help people with heart disease better manage their cholesterol. About 1,000 patients will receive these calls to review medications, answer questions, and coordinate care, alongside their usual pharmacy visits. The goal is to get more patients to their target cholesterol levels within six months.
