Summary

This study looks at how to best train eye doctors (residents) to perform cataract surgery. It compares teaching the surgical steps in order versus a different sequence. About 800 patients aged 45 and older with age-related cataracts will be included. The goal is to see which training method leads to better surgical skills and fewer complications.
