New pill aims to ease strain on scarred lungs

Summary
This study is testing whether a new daily pill called mirivadelgat can help adults with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). Researchers want to see if the drug improves blood flow in the lungs and helps with symptoms like shortness of breath during exercise. About 126 participants will take either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks while their health is closely monitored.
