Pfizer tests new skin gel in first human acne trial
NCT ID NCT06671834
Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety and early effects of a new topical medicine, PF-07905428, for acne. It involved 52 healthy adults and people with moderate to severe acne, who applied the gel to their face or back daily for up to 28 days. The main goal was to see if the treatment was safe and well-tolerated, while also checking for any early signs that it might help reduce acne lesions.
