Summary

This study tests a new medicine called PF-08634404 combined with chemotherapy for adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, a fast-growing cancer that has spread. About 550 people who haven't had prior treatment for this stage will join. The goal is to see if the new combo works better than current standard treatment.
