New hope for advanced cancers: experimental drug enters human trials

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called PF-07248144 in people with advanced breast, prostate, or lung cancer that has spread and no longer responds to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink or control tumors. About 320 participants will receive the drug alone or with other medications.
