Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for men with complex Peyronie's disease, a condition causing severe penile curvature and sexual difficulties. About 80 men will receive either a newer microdissection method or the standard plaque incision and grafting approach. The goal is to see which technique better corrects curvature while preserving erectile function.
