Summary

This study tests whether taking two experimental drugs together (petrelintide and enicepatide) helps adults with obesity or overweight lose more weight than taking either drug alone or a placebo. About 486 participants will receive different doses or a placebo for several months. The main goal is to see how much weight they lose and if the combination is safe.
