Summary

This study tests whether using PET/CT scans to guide the placement of radioactive seeds inside tumors can improve treatment accuracy and outcomes. About 90 adults with solid tumors will be assigned to standard CT-guided seed placement or one of two PET/CT-guided methods. The goal is to see if the PET/CT approach leads to better tumor control and survival with fewer side effects.
