Summary
This study is testing whether customizing radiation therapy for each patient works better than the standard one-size-fits-all approach for advanced neuroendocrine tumors. Researchers will compare how long the cancer stays under control, side effects, and quality of life between the two methods. The goal is to find the most effective and safest way to manage this type of cancer.
