Scientists test custom cancer vaccine made from Patient's own tumor
NCT ID NCT06366490
Summary
This is an early, small study to see if a personalized cell-based vaccine is safe and can trigger an immune response in patients with recurrent ovarian cancer. Doctors will take a sample of the patient's tumor to create a custom vaccine, which is then injected back into the patient. The main goals are to see if the vaccine can be reliably made and to check for any side effects.
