Summary
This study aims to see if sending personalized text messages can encourage people with high cholesterol to visit their doctor and improve their lifestyle. Researchers will compare messages tailored to a person's personality type against general messages and no messages. The goal is to find the best way to motivate 3,000 adults to take action for their heart health.
