NCT ID NCT03187743

Summary

This study aimed to help doctors better manage steroid treatment for people with lupus. Researchers followed 72 patients for three months to see if measuring steroid levels in their blood could predict how well the drug worked and what side effects they had. The goal was to find a more personalized way to reduce the steroid dose over time, keeping the disease under control while minimizing harmful effects.
