This study tested a personalized recommendation system that gives young amateur football players specific challenges to improve their performance. 47 players aged 14-18 were assigned to either a group that received tailored activities or a control group. The goal was to see if the system helped improve key fitness areas like jumping, core strength, and endurance, and whether users found it easy to use.
