Summary

This early study tests a personalized nerve-stimulating device in 10 women with overactive bladder that hasn't improved with standard treatments. The device is implanted near the sacral nerve to sense bladder activity and deliver stimulation when needed. The goal is to see if it can safely reduce urgent bathroom trips and improve symptom control.
