Summary

This study tests a personalized, high-dose radiation treatment called SBRT for people with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer who cannot have surgery or choose not to. The goal is to see if this precise radiation can keep the tumor under control and help patients live longer with fewer side effects. About 251 participants will be followed for three years to measure survival and tumor response.
