Summary
This study is testing a personalized, high-precision radiation treatment for people with early-stage lung cancer who cannot or choose not to have surgery. It aims to see if this targeted approach can control the tumor and help patients live longer over three years while keeping side effects manageable. Researchers will follow 251 patients to measure survival, tumor control, and safety.
