Your phone could help guide your pain therapy
NCT ID NCT06179784
Summary
This small study tested a new way to personalize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for people with chronic pain. Researchers used frequent smartphone surveys to map each participant's unique pain experience and guide their therapist on what to focus on. The goal was to see if this data-driven approach was practical for patients and therapists and if it led to meaningful improvement.
