First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study is testing a new, personalized nerve implant (Picostim II) for women with mixed urinary incontinence who haven't gotten better with standard treatments. The implant sends gentle electrical pulses to the pudendal nerve to help control bladder leaks and urgency. Researchers will check if the device is safe and if it improves symptoms like leakage and pelvic pain.
