Summary
This study is testing a more personalized way to deliver radiation for head and neck cancer. Researchers want to see if using a small biopsy to check lymph nodes can safely allow doctors to skip or reduce radiation to healthy parts of the neck. The goal is to control the cancer just as well as standard radiation, but with fewer long-term side effects like severe dry mouth and swallowing problems, improving quality of life.
