Summary

This trial is testing a more personalized approach to treating an aggressive blood cancer called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It aims to see if adjusting the standard treatment based on early results from PET scans and a special blood test (ctDNA) can improve outcomes. The study will test if adding a targeted drug helps some patients, and if reducing treatment is safe for others who respond well early on.
