Personalized dosing study aims for better control of lupus kidney damage
NCT ID NCT07493655
Summary
This study aims to see if closely monitoring drug levels in the blood helps patients with lupus-related kidney disease (lupus nephritis) achieve better control of their condition. It will compare a personalized dosing approach using blood tests against standard care in 100 patients over 12 months. The goal is to find out if this tailored method leads to more patients achieving remission and fewer side effects.
