Tailored fish oil doses aim to optimize blood levels
NCT ID NCT07480707
Summary
This small pilot study aims to see if giving people personalized dosage recommendations for a specific fish oil supplement can effectively raise their blood omega-3 levels to a target of over 8% within 90 days. It will enroll 48 adults who currently have low omega-3 levels. The goal is to learn if a customized dosing approach works better than a standard one-size-fits-all dose.
