Can your favorite music cure shoulder pain? study tests personalized exercise
NCT ID NCT07428070
Summary
This study is testing whether adding personal touches to a standard shoulder exercise program helps people with long-term rotator cuff pain feel better. Researchers will compare two groups: one doing standard exercises and another doing the same exercises but with personalized elements like preferred music, lighting, and motivational feedback. The goal is to see if the personalized approach leads to less pain, better shoulder function, and improved long-term recovery over 12 months.
