NCT ID NCT07385664
Summary
This study is testing a personalized approach to treat esophageal cancer before surgery. After initial chemotherapy and immunotherapy, patients get a special PET scan. Based on how well the tumor responds on the scan, doctors will either continue with the same treatment or switch to a combination of chemotherapy and radiation. The goal is to see if using the scan to guide treatment leads to better outcomes.
