NCT ID NCT05273268
Summary
This study tested whether personalized nutrition advice, delivered through a smartphone app, works better than standard dietary guidelines for improving heart health markers. Researchers enrolled 347 generally healthy US adults aged 40-70 and followed them for 4 months. One group received custom diet plans based on their unique body data, while the other followed general healthy eating recommendations.
