Can a 4-Week plan get students to eat more beans and veggies?
NCT ID NCT07417254
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized nutrition plan with extra behavioral support helps young, healthy university students eat a more sustainable and healthy diet. Over 4 weeks, participants will receive a custom plan and some will get additional help like cooking videos or habit-building tips. The main goal is to see if this approach increases how many legumes (like beans and lentils) students eat.
