Summary
This study is testing whether a special urine test can help doctors personalize treatment to prevent heart and kidney problems in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will use the test results to try to match 50 participants with one of three protective medications. The main goal is to see if using this test in real-world clinic visits is practical and helpful.
