Tailored support aims to help sleep apnea patients stick with treatment
NCT ID NCT05246449
Summary
This study tested whether a personalized support plan could help people with obstructive sleep apnea use their CPAP breathing machines more regularly. It compared the personalized plan to standard care in 113 patients over 12 months. The main goal was to see if the extra support improved how many hours per night patients used their machines after three months.
