Summary
This study aims to see if a personalized approach to chemotherapy works better than standard treatment for patients with bile duct cancer after surgery. It will compare standard chemotherapy against a combination of drugs selected by a special lab test that predicts which drugs a patient's specific cancer might be most sensitive to. The goal is to help prevent the cancer from coming back and improve survival.
