Scientists test Custom-Made immune cells to fight tough ovarian cancer
NCT ID NCT07455071
Summary
This early study is testing a new, personalized treatment for a specific type of ovarian cancer that has not responded well to standard therapy. Doctors will take a patient's own immune cells, train them to recognize the patient's unique cancer markers, and then inject them back. The main goals are to see if this approach is safe, what dose is best, and if it shows any early signs of helping to control the cancer.
