Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new, personalized cancer vaccine. The vaccine is made from proteins extracted from a patient's own tumor tissue and mixed with an immune-boosting ingredient. The main goals are to see if the vaccine is safe to make and give, and to look for early signs that it might help control cancer. It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have already tried at least one other treatment.
