Custom-Made immune cells target advanced cancers in new trial
NCT ID NCT07196579
Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety and initial effectiveness of a new, personalized treatment called KXV01 for people with advanced solid tumors. The treatment involves collecting a patient's own tumor cells, identifying unique markers, and then using a modified virus to deliver genes that help the patient's immune cells recognize and attack their cancer. The study will enroll about 30 adults whose cancer has progressed despite standard treatments.
