NCT ID NCT07289113
Summary
This study is testing if a special, non-invasive imaging scan can help doctors personalize breathing support for patients during keyhole abdominal surgery. The goal is to see if this personalized approach improves lung function during the operation and reduces breathing problems afterwards. Researchers will compare this guided method to standard care in 52 patients.
