Blood Test-Guided antibiotics aim to speed sepsis recovery

Summary
This study aims to see if checking a patient's blood antibiotic levels and adjusting the dose accordingly helps people with severe sepsis recover faster. It will compare this personalized approach to the standard way of giving antibiotics. The trial will involve about 200 critically ill adult patients in Spain.
