Summary
This study tests whether adding a sodium hypochlorite/amino acid gel, with or without cross-linked hyaluronic acid, to standard non-surgical gum disease treatment can improve gum health in adults with periodontitis. About 78 participants will receive one of three treatments and be monitored for three months. The goal is to reduce gum bleeding, plaque, and pocket depth.
