Summary
This study compares a new surgical method using an internal brace to the standard K-wire technique for treating a severe wrist dislocation called perilunate dislocation. Researchers will measure wrist movement, function, and complications in 40 adults who have had surgery. The goal is to see if the new technique leads to better recovery and fewer problems.
