First seen Jun 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study aimed to understand why some people develop fluid around the heart after a heart attack and how it affects their health one year later. Researchers planned to use MRI scans and other tests to find links. However, the study was stopped early after enrolling only 3 people, so no meaningful conclusions could be drawn.
