Who is studied

Geriatric patients aged 65 years or older undergoing major abdominal oncologic surgery who meet the predefined eligibility criteria and have preoperative and 24-hour postoperative troponin measurements. Intraoperative hemodynamic and perfusion parameters, including PI, PVI, and cerebral oxygen saturation measured by NIRS, will be monitored throughout surgery and recorded at 15-minute intervals.
