Summary
This study is testing a personalized feedback program designed to help university students who struggle with self-critical perfectionism. Participants track their daily stress, mood, and coping for a week, then receive a one-on-one session explaining their personal patterns. The goal is to see if this feedback helps students feel more empowered, reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety, and improves their overall well-being.
