First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a one-time, ultrasound-guided nerve stimulation treatment can speed recovery in hockey players with grade 0 adductor injuries (muscle tightness without tearing). Eleven adult players received the treatment, and researchers measured changes in pain, hip mobility, and muscle strength. The goal was to see if this minimally invasive technique could reduce pain and improve function better than standard care.
