Quick-Fix massage for aching necks put to the test
NCT ID NCT07307014
Summary
This study tested whether a popular type of massage called percussion therapy provides immediate relief for common neck pain. Researchers compared the real massage to a fake treatment in 30 adults with neck pain. They measured if the treatment improved how far people could move their neck and how much pressure it took to cause pain right after the session.
