Simple hand exercises may boost brain power in kids with learning disorder

Summary

This study looked at whether doing certain hand and body exercises could help children with nonverbal learning disorder (NVLD) get better at using their hands and remembering where things are. Twenty children took part in 24 sessions of either one-sided or two-sided exercises. The goal was to see which type of exercise worked best and in what order they should be done.
