NCT ID NCT07528469

First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a supplement called PeptiStrong, combined with a small amount of whey protein, can help older adults maintain or improve muscle function as well as a larger dose of whey protein alone. About 80 healthy adults aged 60 to 85 will take a protein drink daily and have their grip strength and physical function measured. The goal is to find a more efficient way to support muscle health and independence in aging.
