Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new drug (peposertib) combined with standard chemotherapy (PLD) for ovarian and related cancers that no longer respond to platinum-based treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination works better than chemo alone. About 54 women with recurrent high- or low-grade ovarian cancer are participating.
