First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 37 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug (peposertib) combined with a radioactive therapy (lutetium 177 dotatate) for people with a type of neuroendocrine tumor in the gut or pancreas. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combo is safe and works better than the radioactive therapy alone. About 29 adults with tumors that show up on a special scan will take part.
